Role Overview

• We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer Intern to support our engineering team in building and maintaining server-side applications.
• This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in backend development, API design, and database management in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs
• Support database design, queries, and data management tasks
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Help troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings

Requirements

• Recent graduate
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Familiarity in Go (Golang), Node.js, Java, or Python
• Understanding of RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Basic knowledge of backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP)
• Familiarity with translatingUI/UX designs into clean, functional interfaces
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Basic knowledge of authentication, authorization, and session management

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
