How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Operations Associate to own the administrative and operational heartbeat of our recruitment function. You are the guardian of the "Estrada Standard."
This role is for an execution specialist who thrives on process integrity and high-velocity Recruitment Project Monitoring. You will be responsible for the end-to-end Candidate Management experience, ensuring that from the first touchpoint to the final offer, every candidate is treated with world-class professionalism. You will manage our ATS (Manatal), drive recruitment marketing, and ensure that our candidates have a world-class experience.
You are the "Quality Controller"—auditing recruitment strategies, perfecting Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) reports, and ensuring that every placement is backed by flawless documentation and data.
What You'll Do
Operational & Candidate Management:
CV Profiling & Pre-screening Documentation: Manage high-volume CV profiling and preliminary vetting. You are responsible for ensuring every shortlisted candidate has a complete "vetting file," including verified credentials and initial screening notes.
Fulfillment Reporting: Track and report on the status and compliance of our Scope of Service for all active clients.
Champion the development of comprehensive Interview Reports and weekly Recruitment Progress Reports. You ensure that the rationale behind every hiring recommendation is documented with clarity and precision for client review.
Scope of Service (SoS) Monitoring: Track and report on the fulfillment status and compliance of our Scope of Service for all active clients, ensuring we are hitting our delivery milestones.
JD Excellence: Draft and publish high-impact, technically accurate Job Descriptions across multiple platforms to attract the "top 1%" of talent.

Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team by continuously identifying and mapping high-potential talent to ensure the pipeline remains robust and "warm" for upcoming mandates.
Compliance & Audit:
Quality Control: Audit recruitment strategies, pre-screening documentation, and Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) reports for excellence.
Process Compliance: Ensure the entire recruitment team adheres to EISS standard operating procedures and "Estrada Excellence" benchmarks.
Strategic Support:
ATS Management: Act as the primary administrator for Manatal, ensuring database hygiene and efficiency.
Project Monitoring: Provide weekly monitoring reports on all active recruitment projects to ensure zero bottlenecks.
Recruitment Marketing: Coordinate monthly initiatives (LinkedIn campaigns, newsletters, or talent spotlights) to keep our talent pool warm.
What We're Looking For
Professional & Technical Strengths:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree ($B.Sc/HND$) in any discipline. (Strong emphasis on candidates who have demonstrated high-level computer literacy or data management)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of core experience in operations, HR administration, HR, or recruitment role.
ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Manatal or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is highly required.
Communication: Exceptional writing skills (for JD development) and a personable phone manner for candidate management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to turn operational data into clear, actionable weekly reports.

Within 3 Months: Process Integrity, Automation & Awareness:
Database & ATS Optimization: Achieve 100% management of the Manatal ATS, ensuring all candidate data, pipelines, and statuses are updated in real-time with zero data debt.
Candidate Feedback Automation: Design and implement an Automated Candidate Feedback loop within the ATS to ensure every applicant receives professional, timely updates, protecting the Estrada employer brand.
Job Awareness Campaign Strategy: Develop and launch a standardized Campaign Strategy for all new mandates, utilizing digital channels and social professional networks to maximize the visibility of active roles.
Candidate Referral Strategy: Implement a structured Candidate Referral Framework to incentivize our existing talent pool to refer high-quality peers, driving organic pipeline growth.
Compliance & Quality Audit: Establish a baseline for "Pre-screening Excellence" and "CBA Excellence" by auditing all active recruitment projects for documentation completeness.
Reporting Rigor: Deliver consistent weekly Role Delivery Fulfillment and Project Monitoring reports that provide leadership with a transparent view of the recruitment engine's velocity.
Within 6 Months: Quality Assurance & Team Development:
Candidate Community Management: In collaboration with Marketing, launch and manage the Estrada Candidate Community. You will lead weekly digital engagements and coordinate quarterly webinars and career workshops to keep our talent pool warm, educated, and loyal.
Strategy Coordination: Coordinate at least 4 role strategies monthly, ensuring recruiters are aligned with client mandates.
Training Leadership: Launch monthly Recruitment Team Training sessions to upskill the team on new tools or sourcing techniques.
Recruitment Marketing: Execute monthly marketing initiatives to boost the employer brand and attract top-tier talent.
Survey Insights: Launch monthly Candidate Satisfaction and quarterly Client Satisfaction surveys to benchmark our service quality.
Within 1 Year: Strategic Oversight & Operational Excellence:
Industry Authority: Produce your first comprehensive Research & Industry Insights report to guide long-term talent strategy.
Process Evolution: Lead at least one major recruitment process development initiative per quarter to improve speed-to-hire.
Compliance: Maintain a 100% compliance rate across all recruitment stages and documentation.

Step 1 - Application Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will review your experience specifically in recruitment operations and reporting.
Step 2 - Pre-screening Call & Coffee Chat: An initial talk about your organizational style and familiarity with ATS management.
Step 3 - Panel Interview Session: A deeper dive into how you manage high-volume candidate workflows and reporting.
Step 4 - Technical Assessments: A practical test involving JD Drafting and creating a Recruitment Fulfillment Report.
Step 5 - CRO’s chat: A final session with the CRO to ensure you are ready to anchor the operations of our People & Talent department.
