How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy Business Development Manager who speaks the language of corporate growth fluently.
You are not just a salesperson; you are a strategic partner who understands the nuances of B2B sales in the consulting space.
You will lead a team of sales professionals to dominate the market, identifying new revenue channels and establishing EISS as a market authority in HR consulting.
You will drive revenue growth across all our service portfolio- recruitment, outsourcing, background checks, learning & development, salary survey benchmarking & talent insights.
We need a leader who can manage a diverse corporate portfolio, while mentoring a team to reach their peak performance.

What You'll Do
B2B Sales Leadership: Drive the BD team to meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets for all our consulting services.
Portfolio Management: Oversee a massive monthly revenue portfolio, ensuring balanced growth across different revenue streams.
Strategic Outreach: Supervise and participate in daily high-volume outreach (calls and follow-ups) and high-level introductory meetings.
Proposal & SLA Oversight: Ensure all proposals are high-quality, professional, and delivered on time, while managing the quarterly review and renewal of client SLAs.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide the CRO with data-driven monthly reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and market insights.
Team Development: Facilitate regular professional development sessions for the sales team and conduct monthly leadership feedback surveys to ensure team health.
What We're Looking For
Professional & Technical Strengths:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Post-Graduate: An MBA is a significant advantage for the "Director track."
Professional: Membership in a recognized marketing or sales body (e.g., NIMN or ISMMN) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate business partnerships across any sector, or management consulting, HR Consulting or structured start up space, with knowledge of retainer business model.
Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, corporate revenue channels, and portfolio management.
Leadership: Proven experience leading a sales or BD team to achieve success, regardless of team size.
Communication: "Fluid" communication skills; you are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a discovery call.
Analytical Mindset: You drive performance through data, not just intuition.

Success Milestones: Your First Year:
Within 3 Months: Portfolio Immersion & Activity Rigor:
Portfolio Audit: Deep-dive into EISS’s current corporate portfolio and revenue channels to identify immediate "low-hanging fruit."
Team Alignment: Establish a high-tempo sales culture, ensuring consistent daily cold calling, follow-up discipline, and proposal management across the team.
Client Introduction: Lead initial introductory meetings across various Business Units (BUs) to establish a personal presence with key stakeholders.
SLA Review: Review and update existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure they align with current market standards and client needs.
Sales Automation Tool Adoption: Lead the full-scale implementation and adoption of sales automation tools to eliminate manual bottlenecks and accelerate the sales cycle.
Revenue Generation Multi-Channel Strategy: Design and launch a diversified "multi-channel" outreach strategy- integrating cold calling, digital prospecting, industry networking, and referral partnerships to ensure a consistent inflow of high-value leads.
Within 6 Months: Revenue Growth & Market Mapping:
Revenue Acceleration: Achieve consistent monthly revenue targets across both Prepaid Solutions and Postpaid Recruitment portfolios.
Regional Mapping: Complete a comprehensive regional mapping project to identify sectors and territories primed for expansion.
Process Innovation: Launch your first major BD process initiative to improve the efficiency of the sales-to-onboarding workflow.
Portfolio Management: Scale the active revenue portfolio through strategic client acquisition and high-value contract renewals.
Within 1 Year: Regional Authority & Strategic Leadership:
Regional Expansion: Successfully execute the market penetration strategy, securing a sizable market share and establishing EISS as a regional authority.
Leadership Legacy: Demonstrate a high leadership feedback score from your team, showing success in talent development and performance management.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain industry-leading client satisfaction and feedback response scores.
Strategic Roadmapping: Partner with the CRO to draft the three-year roadmap for the Business Development department as you transition toward a Director-level focus.
What the Recruitment Process Looks Like:

Step 5 - CRO’s Chat: A final session with the CRO to assess your long-term strategic fit and Director-level potential.
