We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Growth Manager
Locations: Ilupeju and Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Purpose
The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth for the organization by identifying, developing, and executing strategies that expand market share, optimize customer acquisition, and maximize profitability.
This role requires deep experience in the telecommunications industry, with a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Develop and implement growth strategies focused on increasing revenue streams across telecom products and services.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand customer base.
Monitor KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement of commercial objectives.
Market Expansion:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, bundles, and services.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch initiatives that drive adoption and retention.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Optimize sales funnels and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
Develop loyalty programs and retention strategies tailored to telecom customers.
Leverage data analytics to segment customers and personalize offerings.
Partnerships & Business Development:
Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and corporate clients.
Explore opportunities in enterprise solutions, wholesale, and value-added services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with finance, legal, and operations to ensure compliance and profitability of growth initiatives.
Partner with technology teams to align product development with market demand.
Performance Indicators
Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Growth in customer base and market share.
Successful launch and adoption of new telecom products/services.
Increased customer retention and reduced churn.
Positive ROI on growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience in telecommunications, with a strong track record in revenue growth and business development.
Proven ability to design and execute commercial strategies in telecom markets.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
