Summary

• The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cashiers, sales attendants, and other store staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints professionally
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking of goods
• Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the store
• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store
• Track daily sales performance and prepare basic reports
• Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation procedures are followed
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve performance
• Enforce store policies, rules, and discipline among staff
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field
• Proven experience as a supervisor in a retail or provision store
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Must reside in or around Kuto, Abeokuta.

Salary
Competitive (N50,000 - N60,000 monthly) and based on experience.
