Our Mission

Our mission is to build trust, drive growth, and shape the future of work by consistently championing excellence in Human Capital Solutions.
We are launching the EISS Academy to revolutionize how corporate training is delivered across Africa, and this role is the founding pillar of that vision.
How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for an L&D Associate (External) who is part strategist, part consultant, and part showstopper. You aren't just selling training; you are solving business problems.
You will sit with clients, conduct deep-dive Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and tell them exactly where their people are falling short.
You will be the architect of our training content, the strategist behind our pricing, and the charismatic host of our conferences and events.
This role is a journey—you are being brought in to grow into the leader of the EISS Academy. If you can move an audience with your speech and move a business with your curriculum, we want you.
What You'll Do
Consultative L&D: Partner with external clients to diagnose talent gaps and prescribe training solutions.
Content Architecture: Design and develop high-impact training curricula and digital content.
Event Hosting: Ideate, plan, and host EISS conferences, workshops, and networking events.
Pricing & Sales: Manage the P&L of training solutions, ensuring our offerings are both competitive and profitable.
What We're Looking For
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or any Social Science discipline.
Professional: Certification in Learning & Development (e.g., CPLP or NITAD) is an added advantage.
The Strategist: You know that training isn't just about "soft skills"—it’s about business metrics. You must be an expert in TNA.
The Public Speaker: You have the charisma to host events, lead workshops, and command a room.
The Architect: You can take a complex business problem and turn it into a 5-day training syllabus.
The Entrepreneur: You are comfortable defining prices, managing budgets, and building something from zero.
Success Milestones: Your First Year:
Within 3 Months: Productization & Client Insights:
Client Acquisition & Portfolio Traction: Initiate high-level business development conversations to secure the first wave of external training mandates, focusing on immediate portfolio growth.
EISS L&D Bundled Solution Roll-out: Finalize and launch the "Bundled Solution Model" offering clients a strategic mix of workshops, e-learning, and executive coaching as a single subscription or package.
Facilitators Network Development: Build a robust, pre-vetted database of Expert Facilitators across core industries to ensure high-quality delivery on any mandate.
Training Calendar Development: Design and roll out a 12-month Corporate Training Calendar, highlighting key public workshops and masterclasses to drive early registrations.
TNA Framework: Develop a standardized Training Needs Analysis (TNA) tool to help external clients identify critical skill gaps.
Pricing & Curriculum Audit: Define a tiered pricing model and refine current modules to ensure they are market-competitive and high-impact.
Within 6 Months: Event Execution & Brand Authority:
Event Ideation: Conceptualize and execute your first major training conference or industry event from end-to-end.
Public Speaking: Establish yourself as the "Voice of EISS Academy" through webinars and live training sessions.
Content Pipeline: Build a robust library of proprietary training content tailored to specialized sectors (FMCG, Energy, Fintech).
Revenue Generation: Achieve initial sales targets for external training mandates through consultative selling.
Within 1 Year: Launch of EISS Academy:
Academy Leadership: Successfully transition the L&D function into a fully operational EISS Academy.
Strategic Partnerships: Secure partnerships with international certification bodies or local professional associations.
Impact Measurement: Demonstrate a measurable improvement in client workforce performance through post-training evaluations.
Future Roadmapping: Draft the 3-year growth plan for EISS Academy, including regional expansion and digital learning platforms.
What the Recruitment Process Looks Like:
Step 1 - Application Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate your L&D background and evidence of content development.
Step 2 - Pre-screening Call & Coffee Chat: Discussion on your philosophy of corporate learning and pricing strategies.
Step 3 - Panel Interview Session: Presentation of a TNA you've conducted or a curriculum you've built.
Step 4 - Technical Assessments: A creative challenge: "Ideate an Event"—you’ll be asked to design a 1-day conference, its theme, content, and pricing.
Step 5 - CRO’s Chat: Final session with the CRO to discuss the roadmap for EISS Academy.
