We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Reports to: General Manager / Operations Manager
Direct Reports: Supervisors, Wait Staff, Kitchen Staff

Main Function

• The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
• The role ensures smooth operations, high service standards, and overall customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure proper stock management and coordination with store and kitchen teams.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and discipline.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications

• HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• 4–7 years experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
