Job Title: Fresh Graduate (Consumer Lending Officer)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Imo, Kogi, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo and Rivers.

Job Summary 

• We are seeking ambitious, results-driven fresh graduates to join our Consumer Lending Program.
• This role is designed to develop high-potential talents into skilled lending professionals responsible for originating, assessing, and managing consumer loan portfolios while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new customers for consumer lending products (personal loans, salary loans, asset finance, etc.)
• Conduct basic credit analysis and financial assessments of prospective clients
• Promote and cross-sell lending products to meet assigned targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor loan performance and follow up on repayments to minimize default rates
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure seamless loan processing
• Participate in field marketing, client visits, and sales campaigns

Program Objectives

• Equip graduates with practical knowledge of consumer lending and credit risk management
• Develop sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Build a pipeline of future leaders within the lending and retail banking space

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Business Administration preferred)
• 0–1yearof work experience (NYSC completion or in progress may be required)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and financial services
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Salary
N90,000 - N93,000 per month.
