Requirements

• Applicants must be holders of M.B.B.S Degree from recognized Universities with PhD, Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or its equivalent in the relevant specialty/sub specialty with at least twelve (12) years teaching, research and administrative experience in a tertiary institution.
• Must have at least 18 publications in peer review reputable journals; all should be in circulation.

Other Information:

• Appointment to the rank of Professor is subject to external assessment of candidates publications.
• A candidate who has never taught in any University before, cannot be appointed directly to the rank of Professor.
• Candidates MUST have certificate of full registration with MDCN and current annual practice license.
