Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a courteous and physically fit Porter to assist guests with luggage and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
• The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries.
• Carry, load, and unload guest luggage efficiently.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic orientation of hotel facilities.
• Deliver items such as parcels, messages, and room requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance area.
• Support the front desk team during busy periods.
• Ensure prompt response to guest requests.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: N70,000 monthly.
