We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Sales Executive

Location: Remote (Nigeria-based)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (WAT)

Job Description

  • The Financial Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential clients, introducing them to Smart Wealth’s financial solutions, and guiding them toward making informed financial commitments.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with international clients, particularly from the U.S.

You will be expected to:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Present and explain financial opportunities in a clear and compelling manner
  • Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all client interactions.

Training & Probation:

  • Training Duration: 3 days to 1 week
  • Probation Period: 1 month.

Requirements

  • First-Class degree or strong academic background in any discipline
  • Must be comfortable speaking with American clients
  • Strong sales experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (near-native fluency preferred)
  • Previous experience working with international clients is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be confident, disciplined, and target-driven.
