Job Specification

• The Digital Marketing Officer will support the implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance the clinic’s online presence, attract new patients, and promote the brand.
• This role involves managing social media platforms, creating content, assisting in executing online advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics for online and offline marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop multimedia content such as videos, animations, and infographics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.
• Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Contribute to the development of brand identity guidelines and creative assets.
• Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and trends to enhance website performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the healthcare is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is an advantage.
