Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of SRS Collection and all its properties, including accommodation offerings, the restaurant, wellness experiences, and in-house events.
• The role will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases the full SRS Collection experience including luxury accommodation, dining experiences, wellness offerings, guest experiences, and curated events while driving brand awareness, reservations, and guest engagement through effective digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar highlighting accommodation experiences, restaurant offerings, wellness services, and events across all SRS Collection properties.
• Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, and captions that showcase rooms, suites, amenities, food and beverage experiences, wellness facilities, and guest experiences.
• Promote room packages, staycation offers, wellness retreats, restaurant menus, themed nights, live entertainment, brunches, and private events.
• Provide real-time coverage of events, activations, guest experiences, and special promotions across the properties.
• Showcase the unique identity and experiences of each SRS Collection property, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
• Manage daily engagement across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, booking inquiries, and guest feedback professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Events Team, and Marketing Team to align digital campaigns with business objectives.
• Work with influencers, travel bloggers, lifestyle creators, and hospitality content creators to increase reach and brand visibility.
• Support campaigns that drive room bookings, restaurant reservations, event attendance, and brand awareness.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for growth and improvement.
• Ensure the brand tone, luxury positioning, visual identity, and service standards are consistently represented across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communicationsor a related field is an advantage.
• 2 – 3 years experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, luxury lifestyle brands, hotels, or food & beverage.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and basic design/video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during events and special activations.
• Excellent communication, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, hospitality marketing, and luxury lifestyle branding.
