Role Overview

• We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Marketing & Growth Officer to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market expansion for a fast-growing fintech company operating in the cross-border payments space.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company’s market presence while building scalable growth engines across digital and strategic channels.
• The role combines marketing leadership, growth strategy, and early-stage commercial engagement to support the company’s expansion.
• The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-driven - developing growth strategies, leading digital campaigns, and engaging with partners and clients to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid media, search marketing, email campaigns, and referral programs
• Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all communication channels
• Oversee social media and content marketing initiatives to strengthen brand engagement and visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives
• Support early-stage commercial initiatives by engaging with potential partners and enterprise prospects when required
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, fintech forums, and networking engagements
• Produce regular growth insights and campaign performance reports to guide strategic decision-making
• Lead content development including thought leadership, brand storytelling, and PR initiatives.

Requirements
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, growth, or commercial roles, with leadership exposure
• Prior experience within fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and driving measurable customer acquisition.

Salary
N700,000 / month (Slightly Negotiable depending on experience)
