Role Overview

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and drive engagement across all platforms.
• This role requires a strong blend of strategy, content creation, analytics, and storytelling to grow our brand visibility and support business objectives.
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and grow company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube)
• Create high-quality, engaging content (text, graphics, and video) that reflects the brand voice
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities
• Track and analyze performance metrics; provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
• Engage with online communities, respond to messages, and manage brand reputation
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives to increase visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media with broader marketing and business initiatives

Requirements
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience managing social media for a brand or agency

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Proven experience in content creation and copywriting
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Experience using tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online campaigns

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
