Job Title: Senior Investment Associate

Description
The Senior Investment Associate will play a critical role in managing and growing the wealth of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs).
This position requires strong expertise across multiple asset classes, exceptional analytical and research capabilities, and proven experience in portfolio oversight and wealth management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investment strategy, conducting due diligence, preparing detailed client reports, and ensuring portfolios align with clients’ financial objectives and risk profiles.
Oversee and manage diversified investment portfolios across asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, and alternative investments.
Ensure portfolio alignment with clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment timelines.
Actively monitor portfolio performance and rebalance holdings to optimize returns and manage risk.
Investment Strategy & Research:
Conduct in-depth research on markets, asset classes, and specific investment opportunities.
Provide insights on global economic, market, and geopolitical trends to inform investment decisions.
Support the development and periodic review of strategic asset allocation models based on market outlook and client needs.
Due Diligence & Risk Management:
Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investment opportunities, assessing quality, performance potential, and suitability.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified investment risks.
Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure a rigorous and consistent due diligence framework.
Client Reporting & Relationship Management:
Prepare and present detailed performance reports, offering clear insights into portfolio performance and strategic recommendations.
Serve as a point of contact for UHNWI clients, responding to inquiries and delivering high-quality service.
Support quarterly and annual investment reviews in collaboration with family office and internal teams.
Operational & Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate investment records, reports, and documentation for all managed portfolios.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal governance standards.
Continuously review and improve investment management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of portfolio target returns within agreed risk parameters.
Timely and accurate completion of due diligence processes.
High client satisfaction and responsiveness to client inquiries.
Accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of investment reports.
Consistent contribution of actionable research insights and investment recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
MBA and/or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in investment management, private wealth management, family office, or asset management.
Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and portfolio management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research platforms such as Bloomberg or FactSet.
