Who We’re Looking For

• We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (React Native / React) who is early in their career but hungry to grow fast.
• You don’t need to know everything, but you must:
  • Care about clean, usable products
  • Be willing to learn quickly
  • Take ownership of what you build
• You’ll work closely with Engineers, product managers and designers to bring our fintech products to life.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship user-facing features across mobile (React Native) and web (React)
• Turn designs and wireframes into clean, functional UI
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
• Fix bugs and improve performance across devices
• Contribute to improving code quality, structure and best practices
• Work with the team to ship features quickly and reliably
• Continuously learn and apply better frontend engineering practices

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• You ship features that work and improve over time

• You take feedback well and apply it
• You start owning small parts of the product end-to-end.

What You’ll Need (Core Requirements)

• 1–3 years of experience in Frontend or Mobile Development
• Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with React OR React Native
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design
• Familiarity with APIs (REST) and how the frontend connects to the Backend
• Experience using Git for version control
• Ability to debug issues and think through problems logically.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with, or exposure to, Fintech and Financial services, Payments or related financial products
• Experience with TypeScript
• Understanding of performance optimization on mobile
• Familiarity with state management (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• Experience shipping an app (personal, academic or professional).
