We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Tester Coordinator - Cybersecurity

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (National)
Industry: Oil and Gas

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end VAPT engagements across systems and applications.
• Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and external security vendors.
• Plan and schedule testing in line with business priorities and compliance needs.
• Track vulnerabilities, remediation actions, and closure status.
• Ensure timely communication of findings and remediation timelines.
• Maintain VAPT documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support breach assessments and attack simulation exercises through coordination and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields
• 3 - 6 years’ experience in cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, or security governance.
• Good understanding of vulnerability management and penetration testing processes.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, CVE, CVSS, and remediation workflows.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or Rapid7, and ticketing systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and risk awareness skills.
• Relevant vulnerability or risk management certifications are an advantage.
