Job Title: ERP Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ERP Assistant supports the implementation, maintenance, and daily operation of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• The role involves data entry, user support, system monitoring, report generation, and coordination with departments to ensure accurate and efficient use of the ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of the ERP system.
• Perform data entry, updates, and verification in the ERP software.
• Support different departments (HR, Finance, Store, Sales, Production, etc.) in using the ERP system correctly.
• Generate reports from the ERP system as requested by management.
• Identify errors, duplicate records, or missing data and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in ERP user account creation, modification, and deactivation.
• Provide basic training and guidance to staff on ERP usage.
• Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes and changes.
• Coordinate with IT / ERP vendor for troubleshooting and system updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all ERP modules.
• Assist in system testing when new features or updates are introduced.
• Monitor attendance, inventory, finance, or other modules depending on company usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 – 3 years experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Stratemis, Alpeta, etc).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Basic understanding of database / software systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
