Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can produce compelling content, grow our online presence, and drive real estate sales through powerful digital storytelling.
• The ideal candidate must be innovative, trend-aware, and capable of turning everyday property updates into engaging content that attracts buyers and investors.

Prerequisites

• Ability to develop and execute a structured content calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
• Strong creative ability to conceptualize and produce engaging real estate content including property tours, reels, short-form videos, and storytelling posts.
• Capture high-quality photos and cinematic video tours using mobile phone, digital camera and drone (DSLR/Mirrorless).
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar professional editing software.
• Ability to run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads to generate leads and conversions.
• Strong understanding of organic social media growth strategies and trend-based content creation.
• Ability to write compelling captions, scripts, email newsletters, and blog posts that communicate value and drive engagement.
• Manage social media pages actively — respond to comments, manage DMs, handle inquiries, and nurture leads from online platforms.
• Optimize company social media pages and profiles for visibility, reach, and professional brand positioning.
• Track performance using analytics tools and provide insights on content performance, audience growth, and campaign results.
• Ability to develop and implement real estate-focused content strategies that support property sales and brand authority.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
