Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand and Marketing Officer to strengthen our market presence and drive brand growth.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and events.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
• Maintain the company’s online presence and optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, etc.).

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience in branding and marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
