We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking an organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support our President in his day-to-day operations and most his personal affairs.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Personal Tasks:

  • Assist with personal errands and appointments when necessary.
  • Manage certain personal projects on behalf of the executive.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the President’s daily calendar and appointments
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence where required
  • Prepare simple reports and documents as needed
  • Maintain filing systems and office records

Communication & Coordination:

  • Coordinate meetings with staff, suppliers, and customers
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points
  • Serve as liaison between the MD and other departments
  • Handle visitor reception and office protocol

General Office Management:

  • Manage the MD's travel arrangements and bookings
  • Process expense reports and petty cash
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Support special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Candidates should possess an HND / bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2-3 years of experience as Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant

Skills Required:

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional phone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
