Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja / Alausa, Lagos

 Responsibilities 

• Identify and generate leads: Find potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Present and promote products/services: Explain features, benefits, and value to customers through meetings, demos, or presentations.
• Meet sales targets: Work toward monthly or quarterly revenue goals set by the company.
• Build and maintain client relationships: Develop trust with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals: Discuss pricing, terms, and agreements to finalize sales.
• Follow up with clients: Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any post-sale concerns or support.
• Maintain customer records (CRM): Keep detailed information about clients, interactions, and sales history.
• Conduct market research: Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with other teams: Work with marketing, customer service, and product teams to improve offerings.
• Plan sales strategies: Develop approaches to reach new markets and increase sales.
