Job Title: Senior IT Executive / Graphic Designer

Job Summary

• The Senior IT Executive / Graphic Designer is a dual-function role responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, particularly network systems while driving creative design and digital branding initiatives. The role ensures the efficient operation, security, and scalability of all IT systems across branches, with a strong focus on hands-on network administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Network Management

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, access points, and structured cabling across all branches.
• Perform hands-on network configuration (LAN/WAN), IP addressing, subnetting, and VLAN setup.
• Troubleshoot network issues such as downtime, slow connectivity, IP conflicts, and device communication failures.
• Manage internet connections, bandwidth allocation, and failover solutions.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and other network security systems.

Systems Administration & IT Operations:

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, desktops, and enterprise systems.
• Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and system security measures.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide prompt support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimize downtime.

Digital Systems & Technology Management:

• Ensure proper functionality of POS systems, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other digital tools.
• Maintain network integration for all operational systems.

Graphic Design & Creative Development:

• Design high-quality visuals for social media, print materials, and advertising.
• Create flyers, banners, product images, and promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Website & E-Commerce Management:

• Update and manage website and e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize visuals for performance and user experience.
• Ensure website functionality and regular updates.

Digital Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.
• Design creatives for online ads, email marketing, and social media.
• Support content planning and improve engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification:
  • HND or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
  • 8–10 years proven experience in IT support, network administration, and graphic design.
  • Strong hands-on experience in networking, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices.
  • Experience managing IT systems across multiple locations or branches is an added advantage.
• Technical Skills (IT & Networking):
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and network security.
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewall configuration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot real-time network and system issues independently.
  • Knowledge of system backup, cybersecurity practices, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, CCTV systems, and general enterprise IT tools.
• Professional Certifications (Added Advantage):
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Google IT Support are highly desirable.
  • Graphic design certifications or portfolio of previous work will be an added advantage.
