About the Role

• We are an integrated marketing communications company seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Digital Content & Creative to join our Digital and Entertainment Website team.
• This role is ideal for a content leader who understands storytelling, digital culture, and audience engagement within the entertainment and media landscape.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping content direction, driving creativity across digital platforms, and ensuring content aligns with brand objectives, audience preferences, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in content ideation, planning, and execution for the online entertainment website and digital platforms.
• Develop and manage content strategies across web, social media, video, and emerging digital channels.
• Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content in collaboration with designers, videographers, and editors.
• Ensure content is optimised for SEO, engagement, and platform-specific performance.
• Work closely with strategy and other teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor content performance using analytics and insights to refine creative direction.
• Stay up to date with entertainment trends, pop culture, and digital conversations within Nigeria and beyond.
• Provide creative guidance, quality control, and mentorship to content and creative team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Creative Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital content creation and creative leadership, preferably in media and marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of the digital content ecosystem, including social platforms, influencers, and entertainment audiences.
• Proven ability to create and manage engaging editorial, branded, and social content.
• Experience with SEO, content management systems, and basic digital analytics.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
