Job Title: Truck Mechanic

Job Summary

• As the Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the company’s fleet of trucks to ensure optimal performance, safety, and minimal operational downtime.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine faults in company trucks
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, brake servicing, and engine checks
• Inspect trucks regularly to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
• Maintain service records and report major repairs or replacement needs to management
• Ensure all repair work meets safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or Technical/Vocational certification in Automobile Mechanics
• 2 – 4 years experience repairing and maintaining trucks or heavy-duty vehicles
• Relevant technical certification in Automobile/Heavy Duty Mechanics is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of truck engines, braking systems, and mechanical components
• Ability to diagnose faults quickly and perform effective repairs.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 monthly.
