Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent and responsible Cleaner to support hercatering and drinks supply business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene across food preparation areas, storage spaces, and operational environments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, kitchens, and workstations
• Wash and disinfect utensils, trays, containers, and catering equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas for food items and beverages
• Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors in all operational areas
• Ensure proper cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and shelves
• Dispose of waste promptly and maintain clean waste disposal areas
• Clean delivery containers, coolers, and drink storage units
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and staff areas
• Assist with cleaning before and after catering production or deliveries
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hygiene concerns
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE with 0-2 years experience.
• Previous cleaning experience in catering, food production, restaurant, or similar environment is an advantage
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain standards

Work Schedule:

• Business operates 7 days a week
• Staff work for the 7 days
• Employees are entitled to 2 days off every 2 weeks
• May requiremornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / Month (Net).
