Job Description

• The role of the Zonal Control Managers is to ensure the running of efficient branch operations in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• The team is responsible for providing advisory support to the branches, gauge their adherence levels to organizational/regulatory rules and procedures, and minimize exposure due to operational lapses, errors and misconduct that could lead to reputational damage.

Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Minimum of a First Degree in any course from an accredited University.
•  Advanced/Professional Degree in Business or related Field and relevant certifications to the job role i.e., CFE, CISA, PMI-RMP, CRMP, etc is desirable.

Experience Required.

• Must have 5-7years experience in internal control, risk, audit, or compliance within a regulated financial services environment, with strong exposure to branch operations and regulatory oversight.
• Applicants should understand and have experience in the financial service sector (Pension Industry) operations. 
• Applicants must understand operational transactions, all products and improve overall experience.
