We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect Project Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Create unique architectural designs that incorporate functionality and safety.
• Prepare feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Preparetenders applications, documents and presentations ,handling pre-qualification exercises.
• Develop requisitions, technical documents, procurement plans,procedures and schedules.
• Define Project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goal and culture.
• Formulate and prepare schedule of works for projects to meet estimated costs and timelines.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and associated communication documents.
• Identify and resolve issues associated with projects.
• Carry out quality assurance verification activities andaudit as per schedule of works.
• Co-ordinate necessary independent project reviews.(Design/technical,cost reduction, risk management.
• Preparing progress reports and communicating same to client and management in oral and written form.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contigency plans.
• Undertake regular site visits/supervision/inspection to check on progress ensuring that projects are running on time and to budget.
• Working to grow the business unit's revenue base by attracting new clients, efficiently and effectively developing and maintaining the business' exiting client base.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 10 years experience.
