Overview

• We are building an AI creative lab at the intersection of art, visual culture, experimentation, and emerging technology.
• We are looking for an exceptional creative who can translate ideas into striking visual output using AI-assisted workflows. This role is for someone with taste, speed, adaptability, and a genuine instinct for image-making , video generation and editing.
• You should already have a strong visual sensibility and a portfolio that shows originality, range, and judgment. Experience with AI tools is valuable, but we care just as much about creative instinct, learning speed, and your ability to evolve with a rapidly changing space.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting with developing visual concepts from briefs, references, and creative direction
• Using AI tools to generate, refine, and iterate creative outputs
• Exploring multiple styles, moods, and directions quickly
• Selecting, editing, and improving outputs with strong aesthetic judgment
• Taking feedback well and improving work through iteration
• Helping organise workflows, creative experiments, and outputs
• Contributing to the creative growth of the lab as our methods evolve

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:

• A strong portfolio showing visual taste, originality, and range
• Interest in AI creativity, generative image workflows, and new creative tools
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt as tools and methods change
• Good judgment around composition, mood, style, and visual storytelling
• Strong communication and reliability
• The ability to work independently and respond well to feedback

Ideal but not essential:

• Experience with Midjourney, KlingAI, Veo, Gemini,ChatGPT, or other creative AI tools
• Experience in art direction, creative production, digital design, visual development, or content creation
• An eye for branding, storytelling, fashion, culture, music, or internet aesthetics
• Experience documenting workflows or building repeatable creative systems

Compensation
N30,000 for an inital paid test project, then ongoing monthly salary of up to N200,000 depending on quality of work.

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid test project based on a real creative brief. Successful candidatesmay then move into a trial period or ongoing engagement, depending on fit and performance.
