Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer with strong experience in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise working with International Oil Companies (IOCs), as well as hands-on experience in bidding and tendering processes.
• This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with International Oil Companies (IOCs)
• Manage end-to-end bidding and tendering processes, including proposal preparation and submission
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning strategies for tenders
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
• Prepare and deliver business presentations and reports.
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to penetrate and get new accounts. This includes preparation of presentations and tenders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management and as a sales lead within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven experience working with International Oil Companies (IOCs).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in bidding and tendering processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in maximizing business opportunities in the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets as a business development specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of up-coming and on-going key projects in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Sector.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 (Monthly).
