We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR functions at Reverse Aesthetics.
  • The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisals
  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Track and report on HR-related KPIs, including employee performance, attendance, and compliance metrics
  • Ensure all departments comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare, services, or corporate environments
  • Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR systems

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Leadership and team management skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Proven ability to implement HR policies and programs
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
