The AI Solutions Architect operates at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, turning real-world business challenges into intelligent, agentic AI systems.
You will work directly with clients and engineers to design and deliver AI solutions that integrate into live operations and drive measurable outcomes.
You will turn ambiguous client challenges into clear, buildable, high-impact AI systems and guide them from idea through to real-world implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Problem Framing:
Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, pain points, and goals.
Analyze business processes and identify high-value automation opportunities.
Translate business challenges into clear, prioritized AI use cases.
Solution Design & Architecture:
Design agentic workflows and AI automation systems end-to-end.
Define how AI agentswill interact with tools and APIs, process data, and make decisions.
Produce solution blueprints: process flows, system diagrams, and decision logic.
Business-First AI Strategy:
Ensure all solutions align with measurable business outcomes and ROI.
Define clear success metrics,efficiency gains, cost savings, and revenue impact.
Prioritize simplicity, usability, and practical deployability over technical novelty.
Collaboration with Engineering:
Partner with AI Engineers to translate designs into buildable specifications.
Guide implementation decisions and refine solutions based on feasibility feedback.
Ensure solutions are reliable, testable, safe, and compliant.
Maintain transparency in system behaviour and incorporate human-in-the-loop design where appropriate.
Define test cases,validate outputs, and continuously improve deployed systems.
Client Communication:
Present solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Explain how systems work and the value they deliver in plain, business-oriented language.
Act as a trusted, long-term AI advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Required Skills& Experience
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field — OR equivalent hands-on experience in AI, automation, or systems design.
Practical, demonstrable experience is prioritized over formal education credentials.
Experience:
3–6+ years of experience across one or more of the following areas:
Solution architecture or systems design
Technical product management
Automation and workflow design
AI, data, or software consulting
Backend development or systems engineering
Core Competencies
Business & Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies.
Experience translating ambiguous business needs into practical, scoped system solutions.
Structured thinking, problem decomposition, and first principles of reasoning.
Solution Design & Systems Thinking
Proven experience designing end-to-end workflows or multi-system architectures.
Ability to produce process flows, system diagrams, and logical architectures.
Strong understanding of system interactions, APIs, services, data pipelines, integrations.
AI & Automation Familiarity:
Hands-on or strong conceptual experience with LLMs, agentic systems, and AI-powered applications.
Understanding automation workflow design and the capabilities and limitations of AI tools.
Awareness of tool-use patterns: APIs, databases, knowledge retrieval, and orchestration.
Technical Awareness (Non-Negotiable):
Solid understanding of APIs, backend systems, data flows, and system architecture.
Comfortable enough technically to collaborate deeply and effectively with engineers.
Communication & Client-Facing Skills:
Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading client discovery conversations and presenting solutions with confidence.
Comfort in client-facing or senior stakeholder-facing environments is strongly preferred.
Preferred / Bonus Experience:
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and Relevance AI.
Prior consulting or solution delivery experience, including scoping and handoff.
Domain expertise in finance, legal, operations, or customer support functions.
