We are looking for a commercially sharp, technically curious Client Solutions Lead to own our revenue pipeline and client relationships.
You will lead client engagements end-to-end, translating real business challenges into high-impact AI solutions and working closely with our technical team to bring them to life.
This role goes beyond traditional sales. You will shape opportunities, define solutions, and ensure every engagement results in measurable business outcomes for our clients.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role that requires equal parts of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and hands-on client management. You will work directly with the team and shape how Jedayah AI goes to market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across target sectors.
Develop outreach strategies, partnerships, and referral networks to generate new leads.
Represent Jedayah AI at industry events, webinars, and community spaces to grow our presence.
Client Leadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding through delivery and expansion.
Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client workflows, pain points, and automation readiness.
Translate client needs into well-scoped solution briefs in collaboration with the technical team.
Drive client retention, satisfaction, and account growth through proactive relationship management.
Commercial & Strategic:
Build ROI models, business cases, and commercial proposals (SOWs, RFPs) that resonate with decision-makers.
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene using CRM tools; produce accurate forecasts for leadership.
Gather market intelligence to inform Jedayah AI's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
What You Bring
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required).
MBA, Master's in AI/Data Science, or equivalent advanced qualification (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as PMP, cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler) are a strong advantage.
Experience:
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client management, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or consulting environment.
Demonstrable track record of closing complex, consultative deals and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Experience selling to or working within operations, fintech,logistics, or enterprise functions preferred.
Technical Skills:
Solid AI literacy, you understand how LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering work (you don't need to code them, but you can discuss them credibly).
Hands-on familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Relevance AI.
Ability to build or co-present working proof-of-concept demos for prospective clients.
Data fluency, comfortable with CRM analytics, basic dashboards, and building ROI models in spreadsheets.
Awareness of API integrations, webhooks, and how AI tools connect to business systems.
Soft Skills & Mindset:
Exceptional communicator, you can simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical executives and hold technical credibility with engineers.
Self-directed and energized by working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Relationship-first, you build trust, follow through, and take the long view with clients.
Commercially curious, you stay ahead of the AI landscape and connect emerging capabilities to real business value.
Nice To Have:
Basic Python or scripting knowledge to read and tweak agent configurations.
Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and governance considerations in enterprise contexts.
Prior experience at a startup or early-stage tech company.
Existing network across Nigerian or African business communities.
