Job Title: Sales Manager (Female) - Renewable Power / Energy

Location: Oregun, Ikeja - Lagos

Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the renewable energy sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of solar, power, and energy solutions, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence.
• This role requires strong experience in B2B sales, energy solutions, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in renewable energy products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell renewable energy solutions such as solar systems, inverters, batteries, and power installations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and provide tailored energy solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands within the energy sector.
• Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Track sales pipeline, performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure excellent customer experience from initial contact through project delivery and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within renewable energy, power, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, power solutions, and energy market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate solutions effectively to clients.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
