We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand & Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• You will report directly to the founder and be responsible for translating the creative vision of the house into everything the world sees and feels — across digital, editorial, events, and community. You will work directly with the founder and report to no one else.
• This is not a support role. You will lead.

Core Responsibilities

• Content strategy and social media (Instagram primary)
• Campaign execution for our debut collection and beyond
• Email marketing and CRM (Klaviyo)
• Press outreach and editorial relationships
• Trunk show and event logistics
• Brand partnerships and collaborations
• Community — our invitation-only seasonal salon

What we are looking for

• You have 4–6 years of experience in brand or marketing, with at least some of that in fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle.
• You have a strong visual and editorial sensibility, the ideal candidate should understand the difference between content that sells and content that builds a world.
• You are as comfortable writing a press note as you are briefing a photographer. Y
• ou know Lagos and you understand how luxury speaks here.
• You do not need to have worked at a big house. You need to have cared deeply about the work wherever you have been.

What we offier

• Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 / month, commensurate with experience
• A house being built from the ground up — with intention.
