Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Environmental Field Specialist to join our growing team.
• This role is designed for a high-achieving graduate who is passionate about "Mother Earth" and possesses the rare combination of scientific rigor and leadership potential.
• You will start at the foundational level of our operations, with the opportunity to rapidly transition into a high-visibility, executive-level advocacy role for our upcoming global sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Execute site assessments, ecological sampling, and data collection to monitor environmental impact.
• Strategic Analysis: Synthesize field data into comprehensive technical reports for internal stakeholders.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the early-stage development of the BITECare community outreach program.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a junior point of contact for local regulatory bodies and environmental partners.
• Innovation Scouting: Identify and propose new sustainable technologies to enhance the company’s "Green" footprint.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree (MSc) with a focus on Sustainability, Public Policy, or Environmental Management.

Experience:

• Entry-Level Focused: 0–2 years of experience in environmental consulting, field research, or non-profit advocacy.
• Project History: Demonstrated experience leading university projects, internships, or volunteer initiatives.

Other Requirements:

• Discretion: Must sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect proprietary company innovations.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to various field sites and represent the company at local events.
• Persona: A high level of professional "presence" and the ability to eventually serve as the public face of the brand.

Skills:

• Communication: Exceptional public speaking and technical writing skills; ability to simplify complex science for a general audience.
• Leadership: Proven ability to take initiative and manage projects independently with minimal oversight.
• Analytical Thinking: High-level problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven environmental solutions.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in environmental modeling software and modern project management tools.
