GPED Global Services, a recruitment and general goods company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Driver

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilties

• Safely drive the employer to and from destinations such as office, meetings, events, and personal engagements.
• Ensure punctuality and proper time management for all scheduled trips.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks (oil, fuel, brakes, tires, etc.) and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations.
• Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic delays.
• Maintain confidentiality of employer’s information and activities.
• Assist with errands such as deliveries, pickups, and other assigned tasks.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and mileage.
• Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, license, registration) are valid and up to date.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience as a personal or professional driver.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an added advantage.
