We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recovery Officer / Dispatch Rider

Locations: Ikorodu - Lagos, Ilorin - Kwara, Akure - Ondo, Agbara, Berger / Mowe, Sagamu, Ifo - Ogun, Osogbo - Osun, and Ado-Ekiti - Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments
• Visit customers for collections and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities
• Build and manage customer relationships professionally
• Ensure proper handling and safe use of assigned motorcycle

Requirements

• Must know how to ride a motorcycle (valid rider’s permit is an added advantage)
• Previous experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of assigned location and routes.

Salary
N175,000 per month.
