We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Property Development & Sales Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Senior Property Development & Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Five28 Properties’ portfolio.
  • This individual will lead property sourcing, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales execution, while providing strategic input into investment decisions and market positioning.
  • This role is suited for an experienced professional with a strong track record in real estate, sales, or property investment, who is commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing & Evaluation:

  • Identify and secure high-value property opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • ⁠Conduct in-depth property assessments, including:
  • Location and market viability
  • Pricing analysis and investment potential
  • Risk identification and value optimization opportunities
  • •⁠Lead property inspections and validate opportunities before client engagement.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and agents.

Client Acquisition & Sales Leadership:

  • Drive client acquisition efforts, including investors and high-value buyers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Lead client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations.
  • ⁠Develop tailored investment briefs and advisory insights for clients.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Business Development & Market Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow market presence and revenue.
  • Identify emerging trends and investment opportunities within the real estate market.
  • ⁠Leverage networks, partnerships, and referrals to generate new business.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and positioning of property offerings.

Team Collaboration & Process Oversight:

  • Provide guidance to junior team members on inspections, client handling, and reporting.
  • Ensure high standards in property documentation, reporting, and client communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and client experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant certifications or professional memberships are an added advantage.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in real estate, property sales, investment advisory, or business development
  • Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment principles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to analyze property value and investment potential.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
