Across Global Travel & Tours Limited has been Nigeria’s trusted travel agency for over 20 years, helping clients with visas, study abroad, work permits, tours, and flight bookings. We’re expanding our digital presence and seeking a creative, tech-savvy individual to join our team.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product and Growth Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Drive company growth through partnerships
• Handle marketing & posting across all platforms
• Manage social media and content creation
• Attend and direct clients to consultant

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Number of new partnerships secured
• Number of new travel products created
• Growth in leads and inquiries
• Contribution to company revenue
• Successful implementation of new ideas.

Performance Requirement:

• Must generate and implement at least one innovative idea monthly
• Must secure a minimum of 5 partnerships monthly
• Must create a minimum of 30 posts monthly, including at least 5 video contents

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of the travel and visa industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to think creatively and bring new business ideas
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of international travel, study abroad, or visa processes is an advantage

Salary
N60,000 - N90,000 monthly.
