Job Title: Baker

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Schedule: 14 days weekly
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

• Cinnamona Bakery is looking for a skilled and reliable Baker to join our kitchen team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily baking production while maintaining high quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake products according to approved recipes and standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and oven performance
• Supervise and support Assistant Bakers during shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Handle ingredients properly and support inventory control
• Reduce waste and maintain efficient production processes
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required

Requirements

• Experience in baking or pastry production
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Responsible, dependable, and team-oriented
• Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.

Salary
N90,000 / month.
