About the Role

• We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates or NYSC corps members who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources to join our team.
• As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to supporting interview processes. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical HR skills within a dynamic remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Screen, shortlist, and recommend qualified candidates for open roles
• Communicate with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
• Support scheduling and coordination of interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives
• Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or NYSC corps member with a strong interest in Human Resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.

Stipend
Data allowance + N10,000 per successfully recruited candidate.
