Job Title: Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability
• Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Support investment decisions and risk management
• Advise management on cost control and financial growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4–8 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
