Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute property sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Lead, train, and manage sales agents
• Drive client acquisition and manage property sales pipeline
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and documentation
• Track performance and prepare sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
• 4 - 8 years of experience in real estate sales (with leadership experience)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process
• Ability to use CRM tools and sales reporting systems
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
