Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Executive to drive our company’s market expansion.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building high-level relationships, and closing deals that contribute to our long-term revenue goals.
This is a role for a "hunter" who enjoys the challenge of turning a lead into a loyal client.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Client Acquisition: Pitch products or services to C-level executives and decision-makers via physical presentations and virtual demos.
Relationship Management: Maintain and "farm" existing accounts to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to propose innovative growth strategies.
Reporting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide weekly reports on conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
Education & Experience
Education: B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2 - 5 years of demonstrable success in a sales or business development role.
Track Record: Must be able to provide evidence of meeting or exceeding previous sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and close high-value contracts.
Presentation: Confident public speaking skills with the ability to create professional slide decks (PowerPoint/Canva).
Self-Drive: Highly motivated by targets and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and professional social media (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Other Requirements:
Professional Appearance: Must maintain a corporate and polished image for client meetings.
Mobility: Willingness to travel within Lagos for client site visits or networking events.
Age Preference: Ideally between 21and 35years (Energetic and digitally native).
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary: N750,000 – N1,250,000 Annually Net.
Commission: Uncapped commission structure (e.g., 5%–10% on every closed deal).
Allowances: Monthly transport/fuel allowance and airtime/data stipend.
Perks: Quarterly performance bonuses and career advancement to "Business Development Manager."
