Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relations & Sales Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will promote our services, build strong client relationships, and ensure an excellent patient experience while supporting the hospital’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
• Promote hospital services and packages to individuals, organizations, and insurance providers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Track and report on sales performance, patient acquisition, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve patient experience and service delivery.
• Organize health campaigns, promotional events, and outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
• 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or customer service; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, and proactive.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
