Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and drive the growth and efficiency of the company.
• Ability to optimize processes and achieving operational excellence.
• Ensuring that all operational aspects of the business run smoothly and align with the company's strategic goals.
• Drive operational strategy and planning to ensure process improvement.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Must have a Master’s Degree or MBA is an added advantage)
• 10 years of proven years of experience as a Head of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational software.

Salary / Benefits

• Salary: N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 monthly (net)
