We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Engineer

Location: Enugu

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and service Heating, Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) Equipment.
• Maintain and Service Steam Boilers.
• Maintain and Service Encapsulating Machines
• Maintain and Service Blistering Machines.
• Perform other electrical works within the factory.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with R&D teams for formulation development.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement solutions.
• Validate equipment and processes before commercial production.
• Maintain documentation for audits and quality assurance.

Educational Qualification / Skills Required for the Role

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / other related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in pharma engineering or healthcare industry.
• Extensive engineering experience within production environment.
• Ability to deliver effective engineering solutions.
• Proactive in developing improvements to benefit line efficiencies.
• Professional handling of all production engineering issues.
• Good attention to detail when finding engineering solution to support production.
• Strong organizational skills for workload.
• Uses initiative to drive improvements.
