Job Title: Legal / Compliance Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal/Compliance Officer to manage the company’s legal matters and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• The ideal candidate must have experience within a finance house and a good understanding of financial laws, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) with 2–3 years post-call experience, preferably in a financial institution
• Called to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks
• Good understanding of regulatory bodies and reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits

• N212,000 / Month (Net Pay), plus additional benefits
